SPECIAL RAIDING SHIPS
CONSTRUCTION BY JAPANESE (United Press Assn.-—Kiw T-'i rronyrlyiu; LONDON. Feb. 14 Admiral the Earl of Cork and Orrery in a speech said that Japan had built a special type of motor-ship designed as a commerce raider and that they may soon be heard of operating in the Pacific, Indian Ocean and the Atlantic.
