AIR CASUALTIES
DEATHS PRESUMED AIR FORCE PERSONNEL MISSING AND PRISONER (By Telegraph.—Press Association) WELLINGTON, Monday The following air casualties were announced today;— CRAWFORD, Hector Hugh (FlyingOfficer), R.N.Z.A.F., missing on air operations. Mr W. Crawford, New Plymouth (father). CARMAN. Geoffrey (Sgt.). R.N.Z.A.F., previously reported missing, believed killed, death now officially presumed as at September, 1941. Mrs C. G. Wall, Gisborne (mother). CRAIG, Frederick Henry (Fligjit-Lieut.), R.A.F., previously reported missing, believed killed, death now officially presumed as in July. Mr J. Craig, Hastings (father). ROSS, Percy Raymond (Pilot-Officer), R.N.Z.A.F., previously reported missing, now reclassified prisoner of war. Mrs A. H. Ross, Wanganui (mother). TAKARANGI, Pine Tenga (Sgt.), R.N.Z.A.F., previously reported missing, believed killed, death now officially presumed as in September. Mrs R. Takarangi, Wanganui (mother).
