NEW NAVAL COMMAND
COMMODORE COLLINS’ POST (United Press Assn — r.)rr re?, ronyrimt) BATAVIA, Feb. 13 It is reported that Captain J. A. Collins, formerly commander of the Australian cruiser Sydney, has been promoted to commodore and appointed commander of the British naval forces in the A.B.D.A. command, with headquarters in Java.
