Copyright) (Received Feb. 13. 3.15 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 12 The death of Dr. Fritz Todt was one of the greatest losses for the entire German nation, declared Hitler at the State funeral this morning. Hitler announced the creation of a new decoration which is to be the highest in Germany, and placed the decoration on Dr. Todt’s coffin.
