LAWYERS PUZZLED

CHANGE OF SEX CASE (United Press Assn. —E>ee. Tei. copyright; LONDON, Feb. 12 A firm of Nottingham solicitors was in a quandary over the name “Mr Tillotson ” on a summons, whereas certain goods had allegedly been sold to Miss Tillotson. This resulted in the revelation that Miss Tillotson has changed her sex and is now farming as an officially-recog-nised man. Tillotson, who denied in Court that he was a woman, said after the hearing of the case: “ The change of sex began at the age of 20. I finally obtained permission to change my name to Clive Montague Tillotson.”
