FAILURE TO ENROL

YOUNG MAN CONVICTED EMPLOYERS ALSO FINED For failing to enrol in the first division of the General Reserve, John Bruce Trotter, aged 29, Franktor. Junction, was prosecuted in the Magistrate’s Court, Hamilton, today. Senior-Sergeant A. G. McHugh said Trotter applied for an enrolment form only on October 2, 1941. Mr W. H. Freeman, S.M., imposed a fine of £5. Tuck and Watkins, Limited, Frankton, were charged with employing Trotter when unregistered, and a line of £2 10s was imposed.
