JAPANESE AT HANKOW
BRITISH STEAMERS SEIZED (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. CopyrightWASHINGTON, Dec. b All British river steamers anchored at Hankow have been seized by the Japanese, states the German radio, quoting a message from the city. Two wireless stations have also been taken over. A Japanese guard has been placed over the British Consulate.
