Tel. copyright) WASHINGTON, Dec. 5 The congressional committee which recently toured 17 Latin American countries has asked the State Department to survey British trade competition in the United States, in the light of the present aid to Britain programme. The committee’s report alleged that in four or five Latin American cities the British are soliciting orders for commodities and manufactured goods which the United States, due to priorities requirements, is unable to deliver.
