NEARLY 1000 RAIDS united press Assn. — et*t Tel '.opyrleht) MALTA. Nov. 26 Sir William Dobbie. Governor of Malta, in a speech, said that since he outbreak of war Malta had had >72 air raids. Bombs fell on 350 occasions. 344 persons were killed, 335 seriously injured and 2552 touses were destroyed or badly iamageri. He added: "I am certain hat the people in many cities in Ureat Britain have suffered far more severely from raids.”
