Copyright) <Received Sept. 12, 3.15 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 11 The Secretary of State for India stated in the House of Commons that on July 1 those serving sentences in connection with the civil disobedience movement in India amounted to 12,129, including 28 ex-Ministers and 290 members of the Provincial Legislatures.
