WEDDING
morrison—Mclntyre On Saturday, August 9, at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, New Plymouth, the marriage took place of Miss Elizabeth Mclntyre, only daughter of the Rev. D. and Mrs Mclntyre, of the Manse, Paterangi, to Mr Stewart Rutherford Morrison, M.A., second son of Mr and Mrs Roderick Morrison, of Kaikorai, Dunedin. The service was conducted by the father of the bride, who was assisted by her uncle, the Rev. R. Crocket, of Bulls. The bride, who was given away by her brother, Mr John G. Mclntyre, wore a distinctive frock of soft-toned blue, with a hat and veil to match, and carried a bouquet of anemones and daphne. She was attended by Miss Dora Sheat, of Hawera, who wore a navy frock, trimmed with white, and a velour hat to tone. Mr James Edmondstone, of Hawera. acted as best man. Following the service a reception was held at the “Mon Desir” Tearooms. where the guests were received by Mrs Mclntyre. Mr and Mrs S. R. Morrison will make their home in New Plymouth.
