FOREIGN SHIPPING
USE BY THE AMERICAS (United Press Assn.—tiec. Tel. copyrirnu WASHINGTON, August 28 The Inter-American Financial and Economic Advisory Committee announced that 21 American republics agreed today to place in operation all foreign vessels which the war has tied up in American ports, thus alleviating the shipping shortage in American waters caused by the diversion of ships to Britain.
