NARROWS GOLF CLUB
ANNUAL PUTTER CONTEST Members or the Narrows Goir Club took part in the annual competition lor the Maungakawa Putter on the club’s links over the week-end. Teams of six men and six ladies from Tour country clubs competed for the best total score for each team. The Narrows won with 1138, Ngahinapouri scored 1154, Gordonton 1165 and Te Kowhai 1171. On July 26 the first round or a Stableford bogey for the Cainfosa and Jones Cnps will be played, the draw being as follows: Camfosa Cup.—K. Martin v. o. Copestake; A. Sutton v. E. Perrow; n.
