WINTER FEED SHORTAGE (By Telegraph.—Press Association) DUNEDIN, Thursday Dunedin and the northern portion of Otago is suffering from a drought. The city’s storage is now less than half the usual 140,000,000 gallons, which are available with full reservoirs. In the country the position is most acute. The area between Waitati and the Waitaki river and inland to the Maniototo plain a shortage of winter feed is inevitable unless big rain eventuates in March.
