MURDER CHARGE
PROCEED ON TUESDAY CASE IN WELLINGTON LABOURER BEFORE COURT (By Telegraph.—Press Association) WELLINGTON, Wednesday The Lower Court hearing of the charge of the murder of Mrs Marjory Livingston Horton to be preferred against Leonard Neiling, is to proceed next Tuesday. Neiling appeared on remand today and Detective-Sergeant McLennan said that the police were prepared to proceed next Tuesday, and counsel for Neiling (Mr T. P. McCarthy ) said that the date was acceptable to him. Mrs Horton was found dead on a beach near Wellington with her head battered.
