BODY FOUND OX SIDEWALK (United Press Assii.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) NEW YORK, Feb. 24. . Colonel Michael Borislaviky. aged 55, former colonel of the Czarist Army and inventor of military devices the War Department is reported to be studying, was found dead on a sidewalk shot through the eye.
