FAILURE TO PAY FARE
(Special to Times) MORRINSVILLE, Thursday In the Morrinsville Court, before Mr W. H. Freeman. S.M.. a Maori, Paddy Keene, was fined £2 15s for failing to pay a taxi fare, and was ordered to pay the fare, 17s 6d. On a charge of failing to keep to his correct side of the road when driving at Kiwitahi on January 1, Gordon Carter, taxi driver, was lined £2.
