WHITIORA TOURNAMENT Ten teams competed in the Whitiora Bowling Club’s full-rink tournament today. The green was in good order, though not as fast as usual. Results:— First Round—Towers, Dempster, Alker, Whycherley (Whitiora) 11, v. P. Gavan, Coutts, Boyes, Saunderson (Hamilton) 14; Cooper, Woodcock, Whellan, Lambeth (Home Guard) 14. v. Bones. Bannister, Parris, Chambers, Howie (Frankto'n Railway) 7; Norman, Wills, Crowhurst, Woodhall (Whitiora) 22, v. Nichols, Guy, Field, Forsyth (Ohaupo) 5; McKay, Old, Lock, Taylor (Hamilton) 11, v.
