WEST COAST STORM
MOST ROUTES CLEARED (By Telegraph.—special to Times) GREYMOUTH, Tuesday , With the exception of the Rewanui' line, all rail and road routes were j functioning normally today after the week-end storm. Flood waters over the Reefton Line between Ahaura and Ngahere subsided last night and as there was no damage trains ran to normal schedule on that line today. An extensive slip on the Rewanui Line about a quarter of a mile from the Rewanui station is not yet cleared and it is not known whether a train service will operate tomorrow to Rewanui. It will be at least midday before the slip can be cleared, and as a result the Liverpool State mine will be idle fo£ the day. A special appeal to breeders to exhibit in the respective sections is made by the executive of the Auck- ! land Metropolitan Show. The exi hibition is to take place on Friday ! and Saturday. February 21 and 22. ! and it is hoped to have all breeds of J stock worthily represented. Entries for all stock sections close on Friday.
