LATE VISCOUNT FURNESS HEIR TO TITLE MISSING (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Dec. 24, 3.15 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 23 Viscount Furness, who died in October, left an unsettled estate of £3,661,950, the duty on which was £1,850,702. His heir, his son Cristopher, 28 years of age, was severely wounded in France last May and later was reported to be believed dead. The Viscount’s eleven-year-old son by his second wife is the next in line.
