M. lonescu, former chief of the Constanza Iron Guards, has been appointed Rumanian Minister to Lisbon. A Spanish air mission, headed by Lieutenant-Colonel Ansaldo. is going to London at the invitation of the British Government. Lieuten-ant-Colonel Ansaldo is taking un an appointment as Spanish air attache in London. Ettore Muti. secretary of the Italian Fascist Partv. has resigned in order to “give It is whole time t n war service.” He is succeeded by Adelchi Serena, vice-secretary of the party and Minister of Public Works. Giucenne Om-ia is the new Minister of Public Works. According to the Norwegian Telegraph Agency a crowd of 30.000 at a football mp final in a Norwegian city defied warnings, stood bareheaded and sang “'>»d the King” and also the Norwegian national anthem. The United States Secretary of Commerce, Mr Jesse Jonec. announced a oredit of 25.fino.nno dollars to Brazil to cover purchases from the United States.
