Deanna Aids Red Cross Deanna Durbin has filmed the song ,“My Buddy,” for inclusion in a special Red Cross short which the film industry will release in connection with a nation-wide theatre drive. Deanna Durbin Graduates Deanna Durbin, who graduated from high school in June, will continue with post-graduate work during the summer months, in addition to her musical studies. Marlene Sells Kiss for £205 Marlene Dietrich proved she was still the screen’s No. 1 glamour girl when one of her kisses sold for a record high fee of £205 at a film colony benefit for the Red Cross. Katharine Hepburn’s Next Film James Stewart will have the male starring role, opposite Katharine Hepburn, in “The Philadelphia Story.” This is the screen version of Philip Barry’s 'New York Theatre Guild play of the same name, in which Miss Hepburn scored an outstanding success on the stage. Others in the cast of the picture are little Virginia Weidler and Ruth Hussey.
