BRITONS IN RUMANIA INSTRUCTIONS FROM LONDON (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Oct. 12, 1.55 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 11 The British Legation in Bucharest has instructed all Britishers, who wish to do so, to leave Rumania immediately. The British colony contains about 400 people many of whom are already packing intending to depart at the week-end. The instructions to evacuate arrived from London as Sir Reginald Hoare was amidst conferences and long queues of Britishers are outside the legation.
