CAMBRIDGE, Friday At a meeting of the employees engaged on the construction of the hydro-electric power scheme at the Crow’s Nest, Karapiro, last nijfrt, it was decided that a previous resolution to affiliate with the Public Works Employees’ Medical Association should be confirmed. The decision was made after the general-secretary of the association, Mr W. G. Park, had given an address at the request of the men. The affiliation will be effective as from September 2, from which date all members and their dependants will be entitled to the benefits of the association. At present there are 170 men employed on the project and that number will be increased in the near future to 500.
