PRICE LEVEL MUCH LOWER NEW BUSINESS SOUGHT (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, August 26 Bradford reports moderate activity in the yarn market for Government requirements and the civilian trade, but the total business is insufficient to improve the output. Spinners are competing keenly for new business. The general price level is appreciably lower than at the beginning of the month.
