Times says Italian troops have now completed the occupation of the de- i militarised zone on the GreekAlbanian frontier. Six thousand more troops have \ reached Albania from Italy in the ( past 48 hours, mostly en route to the ; South Albanian frontier. Turkish Aid For Greece The Istanbul correspondent of the Times says that Turkey is understood to have assured Greece of all possible aid in the event of war. The question of military aid will depend on circumstances —for example, Russia’s attitude—but an ; encouraging fact is that Turkey has | promised that if possible she will go beyond mere benevolent neutrality. General Metaxas is still unwilling to subscribe to the Axis’ new order, which would involve Greek in territorial concessions to Albania and Bulgaria. Turkey could not be indifferent to any attempt to give Bulgaria a footing on the shores of the Straits.
