DELAYED-ACTION BOMB (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, August 27 Hitler’s latest terror weapon in the assault on Britain is the delayed action bomb. A 500-pounder will sometimes bury itself 35 feet in soft earth, leaving little superficial trace, and will not explode for 24 hours.
