Messrs B. Ashtfield, P. W. Winaldson and J. G. McKenzie (Auckland) are at the Hamilton Hotel. Mr W. J. Broadfoot, M.P. for Waitomo, was in Hamilton yesterday. He will leave tonight for Wellington. Messrs H. and S. Watkins (Palmerston North), D. Bishop, R. Watkins (Auckland) and L. Brown (Tauranga) are at the Hotel Midland. Mr Garnet H. Saunders, New Plymouth, has been re-elected Dominion president of the New Zealand Motion Picture Exhibitors’ Association, and Mr J. H. Mason, Wellington, vicepresident. Captain H. S. T. Weston, until lately adjutant at No. 2 Elementary Flying Training School, Bell Block, with the rank of flight-lieutenant, has left New Plymouth for Trentham camp, following his transfer to the Army.
