CRASH IN RUMANIA
FOURTEEN PEOPLE KILLED MINISTER among victims BERLIN, August 23 The Rumanian Minister of Propaganda, M. Craignic, also the director of tourist traffic, well-known journalists and a trade delegation to Germany were among 14 killed when a passenger aeroplane from Bucharest crashed in the mountains in western Rumania in a hailstorm. The pilot attempted to land when Ice formed on the wings.
