ILLEGAL PETROL SALES
(By Telegraph.—Press Association) ASHBURTON, Friday Frank John Edward Smallbone, petrol station owner, was fined on three charges of disposing petrol other than in accordance with the regulations. It was stated that he sold 118 gallons on coupons that were not in force and 235 gallons in other contravention of the regulations. He was fined £25, £lO and £2 on the respective charges, with 30s costs.
