NEW GUINEA INCLUDED INDIGNATION IN GERMANY (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, August 3 The Berlin news agency says that the Australian Government’s decision to include New Guinea and Papua in the Australian defence system has aroused indignation in Germany and is described by the Berlin morning newspapers as a gross breach of international law. The Lokal Anzeiger says: “Germany has not forgotten that it was this mandatory power which made a cowardly attack in 1914 on this wholly unfortified and unprotected German area, and which, since 1920, has exploited it unilaterally to its own advantage, in violent contradiction of the mandatory principle.” PRIMARY PRODUCTS W ARNING TO AUSTRALIA (United Press Assn.—Elec.
