I SETTLEMENT AFTER WAR TROOPS ON RUMANIAN BORDER (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright; (Received July 8, 3.15 p.m.) BUDAPEST, July 7 The radio stated that Hungary will wait until after the war for a just solution of her vital problems, but military preparedness on the Rumanian frontier is continuing because the situation in Rumania has not been clarified.
