INDUSTRIALS IMPROVE TIN AND RUBBER QUOTAS (United Tress Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, July 6 The recovery of equities has made further striking headway on the Stock Exchange. Leading industrials registered rises up to 30 per cent from the recent depression levels. The news about the French fleet assisted the rising trend. The International Rubber Regulation Committee has fixed an export quota of 85 per cent for July to December. The Financial News learns that the international tin committee is raising the quota to the record level of 130 per cent for one year.
