Opvrijrht) CAIRO, July 4 The new Prime Minister of Egypt, Hassan Sabry Pasha, said in a statement to Parliament: “Our foreign policy is based on friendship with all countries not affected by the war. “Egypt is anxious to maintain her integrity and independence, and is equally anxious to fulfil her obligations toward her great ally, Britain, and to carry out the alliance of friendship in the letter and the spirit. “The Cabinet will endeavour to remedy the economic crisis which is threatening the nation because of the war.” The Chamber of Deputies passed a vote of confidence in the Government by a large majority.
