Copyright) (Received July 4. 3.15 p.m.) BOMBAY, July 3 Mr Satynusti, deputy-leader of the Congress Party Central Assembly, in a speech at Madras, declared that whatever differences there were between Britain and India there would be no future for India if the Axis Powers won the war. Britain should seek the co-opera-tion of the majority party by forming a National Government in India. One thousand refugees from the United Kingdom have arrived in Canada, including 300 children, some from families of the nobility, others oi workmen.
