ALLEGATIONS BY GERMANS DRAW IN OTHER NATIONS (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received July 4, 11 a.m.) BERLIN, July 3 The News Agency states that documents show that the Allies planned to overwhelm Germany by cutting of! or destroying the Swedish ore mines, ( destroying the Russian and Rumanian oil wells, drawing Scandinavia into the war against Germany, and entangling Rumania, Turkey, Greece and Yugoslavia. The Berlin radio announced that the documents were of French origin. They were found in a disabled train during the French retreat.

The documents were so important that the Government was not waiting to issue a White Book but was publishing them serially in the German Press.
