VERDICT AT INQUEST NO BLAME TO ANYONE (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyrlgrbt) LONDON, July 2 The jury, at the final inquest concerning the death of the 99 victims of the sinking of the British submarine Thetis on June 1 last year, returned a verdict that the loss of the submarine was accidental and that no blame could be attached to anyone. The submarine Thetis was lost while she was undergoing her trials off Liverpool last year. Efforts to rescue most of the crew and other persons on board failed, and subsequently there have been protracted inquiries into the disaster.
