PROFITS TO WAR FUNDS
CANTERBURY JOCKEY CLUB (By TelegTapn.—special to Time®) CHRISTCHURCH, Tuesday The committee of the Canterbury Jockey Club decided today to give the profits from its meetings for the duration of the war to war funds. The club did similarly during the previous war, when £11,500 was given, and a large sum also invested in war loans.
