PERSONNEL OF TRIBUNAL (By Telegraph.—Special to Times) WELLINGTON, Tuesday “'The Attorney-General assured me yesterday .that he would be in a position to announce the personnel almost right away,” said the’Prime Minister, the Hon. P. Fraser, in the House of Representatives tonight, when replying to an urgent question asked by Mr W. J. Broadfoot (Opposition—Waitomo) as to when there would be announced the personnel of a tribunal to examine the bona fides of enemy aliens in the Dominion. Mr Fraser replied in the absence of the Attorney-General, the Hon. H. G. R. Mason. •‘Action by such a body would relieve much of the uneasiness which is apparent in the community,” Mr Broadfoot added in a note .j his ■question.
