FINANCIAL DEBATE
OPENING TO BE POSTPONED (By Telegraph.—Pres? Association) WELLINGTON, Monday The Budget debate, which it was originally intended to start in the House of Representatives to-morrow night, will probably be postponed until the following night and tributes paid instead to-night to the memory of the late Sir Walter Carncross, M.L.C., who died at Eltham yesterday morning. After references to Sir Walter, the House is expected to adjourn as a mark of respect.
