POSTED MISSING
OKOROIRE DAIRY FARMER (By Telegraph.—Press Association) WELLINGTON, Monday Flying-Officer Kenneth Edward Newton, of Putaruru, is reported missing. Flying-Officer Newton was previously reported missing on May 30. Formerly an Okoroire dairy farmer, he was trained at Wigram and went to England two years ago. He was posted to a fighter squadron, and had accounted for three Nazi aircraft and a possible additional two. Pilot Officer Basil William Peryman, reported missing. His father is Mr H. W. Peryman, Lincoln, Canterbury. Pilot Officer Clement Neville Buist, reported missing. His aunt is Miss B. Buist, Petersham, Sydney. Pilot Officer Buist formerly resided in Wellington. PILOT-OFFICER J. R. CRONAN (By Telegraph.—special to Times) AUCKLAND, Tuesday Cabled advice has been received by Mr and Mrs C. P. Cronan, of Birkenhead, that their only son, PilotOfficer John Richard Cronan, of the Royal Air Force, has been posted missing.
