18,000 CHINESE KILLED

Copyright, (Received June 14. 3.15 p.m.) SHANGHAI, June 13 The Japanese army authorities say that 18,000 Chinese were killed in the Ichang drive. The Nanking Central Political Council passed a resolution that the Government demand that the European belligerent Powers immediately withdraw troops and warships from China; also that China should retaliate i£ the belligerents infringe China’s sovereignty.
