HAPUKA STEAKS Sprinkle steaks with lemon juice and dip in seasoned flour. Shake and place in greased baking dish or piedish. Pour U cups milk round, sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper, cover. Bake i -hour in a moderate oven, remove lid, sprinkle with grated cheese and breadcrumbs and bake until cheese is melted and browned. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, then bake in hot oven for 15
