Copyright) LONDON, April 29 The Norwegian Government has issued a declaration stating that the war will go on until the usurpers have been hurled out of the country. The Germans, it says, are waging war without respect for international law. Bombers have devastated defenceless villages and towns which are not militarily equipped and cannot be regarded as military objectives. Members of the Government have witnessed Germans firing on civilians who took no part in the fighting.
