MISS JANE MOWBRAY WORK FOR VICTORIA LEAGUE (By Telegraph.—Press Association) AUCKLAND, Friday The death has occurred of Miss Jane Anna Mombray, for many years Auckland President of the Victoria League, in her 87th year. The order of the British Empire was conferred on her by the King in 1934, and in 1939 she was made honorary president of the League as 9 tribute to her work.

Blow, who for many years was the New Zealand Government’s representative in New South Wales. Mrs Blow was bom in Wellington, and lived until married at Lower Hutt.
