ATLANTIC SERVICE POSTPONED STEP TAKEN RELUCTANTLY (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Balfour, stated in the House of Commons that recent developments necessitated the diversion of aircraft intended for this service to “certain defence purposes for which they are particularly suited.” Captain Balfour added that the step had been taken reluctantly, and that every effort would be made to reopen the service as soon as circumstances permitted.
