Copyright) (Received Aoril 8, 3.15 p.m.) WASHINGTON, April 7 The Socialist Party has chosen Mr Norman Thomas as a candidate for the November Presidential election. It will be the fourth time that Mr Thomas has run for office. His platform will emphasise that socialisation is essential in industries and non-participation in the European war.
