Notice is hereby given that at a SPECIAL Meeting of the Raglan County Council, held on March 13, 1940, the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for connmation at an ORDINARY Meeting of the Council to be held on April 10, 1940, at 10 a.m., at the Council Chambers, Ngaruawahia. CAMPING GROUNDS LOAN, 1939.—1 n pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by Section 13 of the Physical Welfare and Recreation Act, 1937, and Section 17 of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926, the Raglan County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order to raise a Loan known as the Camping Grounds Loan, 1939, .or the sum of £950 at £4/5/- per centum per annum for a period of 15 years for the purpose of acquiring land at Port Waikato, laying out a camping ground, erecting any necessary buildings and equipment thereon, laying on a water supply and surveying and roading the area.
