AUTUMN SCENES Summer's days are over, Her reign on earth is o'er, And Lady Autumn's blossoms Bloom where hers were before. Where golden roses flourished Chrysanthemums now blow, And zinnias scarlet In garden borders blow. Autumn's in the garden With her scarlet and gold, With treasures more precious Than pirate caves of old.
