Commonwealth Bank Profit Profits earned by the Commonwealth Bank for the half-year ended December 31 were £885,254. an increase of £177,633 over those of the preceding half-year, says a message from Sydney. Deposits were £10.518.212 higher at £97.680,388. compared with a year ago. Depositors' balances at the savings bank on December 31 totalled £148.294.322.
